Better systems. Less busywork.
I’m Dean Christensen. I set up practical tools that answer the phone after hours, get quotes out faster and follow up with past customers, so you get hours back and miss fewer jobs. Start with a free 20-minute call and leave with at least one idea.

Where the time goes
Most of the small businesses I talk to aren’t short on work. They’re short on hours.
The phone rings while you’re on a job
The same few questions come in every day
Quotes sit in a notebook until the weekend
Customers from two years ago never hear from you again
None of that is anyone doing a bad job. It’s what happens when a few people are covering the work of a few more. A lot of it can be handled by a system that does the same small task the same way every time, and then hands the decision back to you.
How I work
- Free 20-minute call Find where your time goes and leave with one idea.
- Discovery session One paid hour on the details, and what your time is worth.
- Find the time I map where the hours go, then send a plan and quote.
- Build and dial in A few weeks to about four months, tuned to how you work.
If a simpler fix is better, like a new phone setting or a shared calendar, I’ll tell you that instead.
Some of what I set up uses AI and some of it is plain automation. I pick whichever is simpler and more dependable for the job.
Why local
I’m based in Ephrata, serving Moses Lake and the Columbia Basin, and I’d rather sit down with you and look at how the work actually moves through your shop than send a slide deck. When something needs a tweak a month later, you know who to call.

Who I am
I spent 20 years in the internet provider business, from installs to executive vice president, through three acquisitions, and wrote many of the systems those companies ran on. Basin Automations is my company, and I do the work myself. More about me.
